3 Options For Diferent Needs & Budgest

How’s It Work?
You choose one of 3 plans, and either pay monthly, quarterly, or for the whole year up front, whichever option fits you.
We come once per month to inspect your fence for damage, loose fittings, sagging gates, intrusions like fallen limbs or mower snags, etc., and handle any minor to moderate repairs we can that day, or schedule more involved repairs after ordering parts & materials.
We handle costly repairs every year that can be avoided, but with busy lives these things sometimes fall to the bottom of the priority list.
Typical covered repair examples:
Adjustments & Repairs
bent top rail on chain link, mower snags, cracked or loose privacy fence pickets, up to 2 bent line posts, or 1 bent gate post. All manual gate hinge & latch hardware & gate adjustments. Examples estimated for up to 250’ of basic yard fence. Ask about pasture fence and commercial options!
Weed & Bush Control
Inspection & Weed Killer
We have pet and child safe options available, though typical weed and grass killers are safe after a 2-4 hour drying period. We can offer this as a stand alone service if maintenance is not a concern.

Basic Plan
(Inspection & Minor Maintenance) - $1200/Year
OPTION 2
Moderate Plan
(Includes Weed Spraying & Minor to Moderate Maintenance) - $1500/Year
OPTION 3
Options 1 & 2 Plus up to 2 Full Fence Section Replacements From Damage (This would cover most large tree damage) - $2000/Year
*Some fences will need repairs to get up to a maintainable condition before starting a plan. We service all fence, even if we didn’t build yours!
